changed supertab path to ~/.vim and set up some gvim stuff

cleaned up mail ft plugin, disabled some mailplate profiles and bought back non to/cc/bcc magic that i have no idea why i had commented out

Added ftplugins to do lint check for both javascript & php

new vim colour stuff

add cron to spelling list and some vimperator stuff

don't track netrwhist
